Shopping For: Chanel-Inspired Jackets and Statement Cocktail Dresses

The first wave of Holiday Season parties will be kicking off any day now, so it’s time to start thinking about the cocktail dress. I’ve become a little bit obsessed with this printed fit-and-flare design from Tibi‘s Autumn/Winter collection. It’s festive, but you’d be able to wear it year-round for maximum cost-per-wear. And – most importantly – it will look just as good with black tights as it will with bare legs.

I’d pair it with River Island‘s chain trim jacket (the classic, Chanel-inspired look is always a winner), Elizabeth Cole’s statement mohawk earrings and, if I’m really in the party mood, ASOS‘ colourful faux fur scarf. What items are on your party season wishlist?
